A Day in the City
Yesterday Phil's friend Chris met up with us in San Francisco. He is here from Colorado for a business meeting in SF, but he had yesterday free. We first went up to Twin Peaks to get some views of the city on a rare fog-free San Francisco day. Then we went to AT&T Park for the Giants game. The game was still tied in the ninth inning, so we took Chris back to his hotel and went home then. I read this morning that the Giants lost after 11 innings. I wonder what time the game finally ended. It was about 10:30 when we left. It was Irish heritage day at the game. The top picture shows a performance by the Irish Healy dancers. From our seats even using the zoom feature on the camera the dancers turned out really small. (Click on the photo for a slightly better view.) Their costumes were beautiful though. The colors were amazing.
